Linda’s Famous Pumpkin Bars

Schuett Farms – Linda’s Famous Pumpkins Bars Recipe

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups PUMPKIN (approx. 1 medium pie pumpkin)
¾ cup melted butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Mix everything together and place in a jelly roll pan or (2) 9×13 pans. Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Frost when cooled

Frosting
1 package (3oz) cream cheese
6 tblsp softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp milk (or more)
3 cups powdered sugar
