We started this morning picking in a new batch of very sweet Sweet Corn! The ears are huge and taste great! I think it is even sweeter than the stuff we had earlier this week.
My personal favorite cooking recipe for corn is….. the quick and simple method.
How to cook Sweet Corn?
Bring water to a boil on the stove.
Peel corn and place in boiling water.
Once the water comes back to a boil, let the corn boil for about 3-4 minutes.
Take the corn out of water and let it cool before eating.
Of course I like to apply butter and salt before eating.
